How often

After you sign up you get six getting-started emails over a few weeks, then about one a month. In the weeks before Black Friday you get up to one a week, because there's something due every week, and the remaining getting-started emails follow in December.

What does the newsletter cost?
Nothing. You only enter your email address.
Is the newsletter advertising?
Partly. Hand-E Notes explain discounts and checkout in Shopify so you can apply the steps without our apps too. Alongside that they present Hand-E AI Discounts and Hand-E Checkout Rules, with news and offers.
Do you track whether I open the emails?
No. We track neither opens nor clicks. We learn whether an issue helped from your replies.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
With the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Many email apps also show an “Unsubscribe” button at the top. You can also reply to an email or write to info@hand-e.de.
Who writes Hand-E Notes?
The founder of Hand-E Solutions writes every issue. A reply to an email goes straight to the founder.
